Steve Murphy has been an Account Manager at Questudio since 2010 and has played an indispensable role in developing major new business relationships and enhancing existing ones. His ability to discern and specifically address the wide variety of needs of prospective customers makes him the right ally to have assisting you with your next project, large or small.

Dozens of customers have decided to launch crucial projects after working with Steve through the initial project evaluation phase. Steve works closely with prospective customers to map out and conduct a thorough evaluation of Questudio products and services. This process includes multiple demonstrations, a Proof of Concept period and detailed, readable proposals that demonstrate how Questudio can meet needs and exceed expectations.

Steve has worked very closely with long-term customers and new customers to ensure they are completely satisfied with our products and services. When an issue or problem occurs, Steve directly works with our support team to ensure solutions are offered immediately. If a customer is pondering a next project phase, Steve coordinates staffing resources to make sure the project is well understood and a dynamic solution offered rapidly.

Steve holds a BA degree in Communications from State University of New York, Oswego. He has been working in IT sales for over twenty years and is well versed in a wide variety of software and hardware platforms.

Steve is devoted to creating great food, enjoys opera, a wide variety of music and films from all over the world. Besides following the NBA closely, Steve plays basketball, softball, referees soccer and is an active long-distance runner.
