George Fernandes, Customer Support Manager

George joined Questudio in April 2007. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Karunya Institute of Technology, Coimbatore, India.

Before joining Questudio, George worked as a Tier 1 Technical Support for ACT Software, and handled Web Hosting Technical issues over voice/email for US-based clients.

George Fernandes has more than 13 years of experience in IT & ITES industry. He worked as a Subject Matter Expert and was responsible for assisting a team addressing technical issues.

Has experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls and is responsible for managing the support team. Has thorough knowledge in troubleshooting operating systems and SQL Server.

His roles involve improving quality metrics of team members, monitoring calls, setting up call-backs, handling escalations, and monitoring performance.

George has experience in installation of programs, maintenance of database systems, requirements gathering, product testing and service delivery.
